Michael T. Chulak
President and Chief Financial Officer

 

Born in Los Angeles, Michael Chulak obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Ventura-Santa Barbara College of Law. He became a California real estate broker in 1971, a general contractor in 1979, and an attorney in 1998. In 1979, he earned the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation. Prior to assuming his current position with Nationwide Accounting Services, he was a partner for more than five years in another full-service accounting firm. Michael has been an instructor at six California colleges including UCLA where he taught several real estate and business courses.

Michael Chulak formerly served as president and CEO of Union America Mortgage and Equity Trust (UMET), a New York Stock Exchange listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that owned, managed, and sold properties in nineteen states.

From 2002 to 2007, Michael Chulak was the owner and Publisher of the Conejo Valley Examiner (CVE). The Conejo Valley Examiner was a monthly, local news newspaper that printed and distributed 60,000 copies to homes and businesses in Agoura, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Thousand Oaks, Oak Park, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, and North Ranch.

Michael Chulak has served as legal counsel for the U.S. Wenzhou Association, the Los Angeles Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce USA, and the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as Judge Advocate for the Westlake Yacht Club. Michael also served as the President of the Agoura Hills Chamber of Commerce before it was merged into the Conejo Valley Camber of Commerce.

Michael Chulak has provided expert witness and consulting services to over one hundred law firms and has testified as an expert witness more than 150 times over the last thirty years.

Michael has written legal columns for several newspapers and hosted a radio talk show on KVTA AM 1520 and KRLA 840 known as On the Law with Attorney Michael Chulak.

Most importantly, Michael is a member of Atmosphere Church in Westlake Village, California.

 

 

Tina Chulak
Office Manager

 

Tina Chulak is the office manager of Nationwide Accounting Services. Tina speaks Mandarin Chinese, the dialect from her home city of Wenzhou, China, and, of course, English. Tina is Vice-President of the U.S. Wenzhou Association, the Los Angeles Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce USA, and the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce. Tina is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Conejo Valley Chinese Cultural Association (CCCA) which operates a Chinese language school with over 500 students. Robert A. Koenig

Robert A. Koenig is General Counsel of Nationwide Accounting Services and has worked with Michael Chulak for more than 25 years.

Robert A. Koenig has been licensed to practice law in California and Nevada since 1987 and Colorado since 1992. He is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (1980) and Pepperdine University School of Law at Malibu, California (1984).
