Corporate Controller

The position of Corporate Controller (Controller) is one of the most important positions in the firm. The Controller is responsible for supervising all accounting, record keeping, financial reporting and human resource management. This includes responsibility for budgeting, cost savings, cash management and internal controls. The controller reports to the Board of Directors.

The Controller will have access to, and will generate, information that is private, confidential, and that can sometimes be sensitive to certain persons.

Consequently, the Controller must maintain strict confidentiality of information to the extent possible. This means providing information to others on a "need to know basis."
