To obtain tax return services and/or accounting services, please follow the following steps:

1. Review the Fee Agreements for Accounting and Tax Return Services page and select the agreement or agreements that best describe your needs.
2. Complete and sign the agreement(s) and then send the completed form(s) to us.
3. Any fees that are payable per the agreement can be sent to us by check, or you may use a credit card.
4. For business accounting services, please complete and send us the Onboarding Questionnaire - Business Accounting Services form that can be found on our website.
