Thank you for selecting Nationwide Accounting Services to prepare your tax returns as set forth above. This letter confirms the terms of the engagement and outlines the nature and extent of the services we will provide.

We will prepare the federal and state income tax returns as requested. We will rely on you to provide the information we need to prepare complete and accurate returns. We may ask you to clarify some items but will not verify the data submitted.

Our fee will be ____________ payable in advance. If tax returns are due for more than one year, you will be charged separately for each year.

Our engagement to prepare your tax returns will conclude with the delivery of the completed returns to you.

We appreciate your confidence in us. Please call if you have questions. We will return the original records to you at the end of this engagement. These records, along with all supporting documents, canceled checks, etc., should be securely stored, as these items may be needed later to prove accuracy and completeness of your tax returns. We will retain copies of the records and our work papers for the engagement for seven years after which these documents will be destroyed.
